The story of Cinderfella
Once upon a time, there was a boy named Cinderfella, who lived in a large house with his two ugly brothers, Alfred and George. They hated him because he was the youngest, so they made him wear rags and live in a dark closet. They only let him come out to do housework.
One day, there was a big dance at the palace, and everyone was invited. Cinderfella wanted to go, but his two brothers would not let him. They forced him to do their laundry. After Alfred and George left for the dance, Cinderfella began to cry.
Suddenly, a strange little man appeared before him.
'Who are you? ' Cinderfella asked.
'I'm the magic elf, Ruprecht. I'm here to help you go to the dance.'
Ruprecht rubbed his little, green nose, and suddenly the laundry was finished. Then he pulled his long, pointy ears, and suddenly Cinderfella was wearing a new white shirt and black, leather gloves. Finally, he chapped his large, hairy hands, and anearly tomato turned into a red sports car. Ruprecht said, ' Now drive off to dance, or you' ll be late. Remember, you have to be back by midnight, or the spell will wear off. '
Cinderfella was the loveliest boy at the dance, and the best dancer, too. Everyone was watching him. However , no one, not even his brothers, could guess who he was.
Then the big, strong princess saw him. Princess Edna immediately fell in love with him. She asked him to dance with her, but Cinderfella realized it was nearly midnight.
Accidentally dropping a glove, he ran away. He gothome just before his car turned black into a tomato and his clothes into rags.
The next morning, Princess Edna took the glove and went looking for him. When she got to Cinderfella's house, she had Alfred and George try the glove on. Alfred's fingers were too short, and George's fingers were too fat. Last, Cinderfella tired it on, and his long, slender fingers fit the glove perfectly.
Princess Edna picked Cinderfella up and carried him off to her palace. Soon, they were married, and Cinderfella never did housework again.
